    You'll be responsible for growing our relationships with clinical partners in your local community and provide much-needed resources to thousands of at-risk teens and young adults.

    Responsibilities


    • Own, manage, and expand relationships with existing referral sources across priority markets to continue to drive growth
    • Monitor inbound referrals and communicate with relevant parties to provide visibility into the referral to admission process
    • Maintain constant dialogue with referral sources when clients are referred to keep them updated throughout the referral process
    • Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
    • Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels ● Attend and lead various educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call
    • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
    • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
    Requirements


    • Must be based out of Manhattan, NY
    • Manager: 1-4+ years of relevant work experience
    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Work authorized in the United States and native-equivalent proficiency in English
    • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style ● Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
    • Ability to travel locally (within ~1 hour driving distance) for meetings with potential referral partners ● Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive up to 1-hour each way on a regular basis
    • Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
    • Comfort with video conferencing, scheduling, and CRM technologies
    • Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools preferred
    • Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel

    Additional Information


    The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $70,200 and $132,275 per year at the commencement of employment.

    However, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and number of years of experience.

    Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
