    **Client Success Leader, Strategic Transportation**

    **Summary**

    The Client Success Leader, Strategic Transportation contributes to meeting Langham's revenue and EBIDTA goals by providing exceptional customer service with the goal of delighting Langham's internal and external customers.

    The position requires a breadth of experience, skills, and education to manage a wide array of opportunities and challenges which are presented daily.

    The role is pivotal in building a foundation to support Langham's clients, and business development team, in mining and hunting opportunities.

    **Evaluation of performance**

    Performance will be evaluated based on meeting the requirements of the job description, including, but not limited to the following:

    Meeting performance metrics and other quality indicators established for this position

    Working according to specifications, policies, and standards established by Langham

    Working effectively in a team environment

    Providing a high level of internal and external customer service.

    **Performance metrics**

    Performance metrics for this position will be established annually based on company revenue, EBIDTA, business unit goals, and individual goals.

    **Key outcomes expected**

    Develop a book of business focusing on strategic transportation initiatives

    Utilize networks and contacts to introduce Langham to a variety of customers in key verticals

    Assist Sales Manager with the development of specific marketing materials to support sales

    1st year Gross Revenue sales of $1M; minimum $2M per year after that

    Collect and analyze customer feedback including market and industry information

    Build strong relationships with customers who have an annualized spend of $250K or more

    Attend sales and networking events, conferences, and trade shows

    **Critical skills, knowledge, and behaviors**

    Demonstrates experience, success, and mastery in the following specific areas:

    Proven record of acquisition and management of strategic transportation accounts

    At least 5 years of successful experience in the logistics industry; not necessarily sales

    Previous experience in establishing client relationships with senior level executives

    Ability to utilize and enhance current systems and processes

    Skilled at preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers and leadership team

    Polished communicator, demonstrates confidence, enthusiasm, and ambition

    Possesses organizational skills, planning and project management

    Ability to provide creative solutions, innovative programs and a vision for continued growth

    **Experience, education, degrees, licenses**

    B.S./B.A. in logistics, supply chain management, business, marketing, communication, operations, or related discipline

    Experience in a fast-paced competitive environment

    Experience in industries with stiff competition and/or challenging economic factors

    Experience in working at high levels within an organization

    Exposure or experience in complimentary industries helpful

    Consultative selling approaching

    Preferred experience in sales, analytics, and client support functions

    **Physical demands**

    Must be able to travel, within Indiana, 75% of the time

    **Work environment**

    Work is primarily done on the road, in front of clients
