Responsibilities:


  • Create, manage, and develop communication materials for SHEIN in Germany.
  • Maintain relationships with local and national media regarding workplacerelated topics.
  • Assist in preparing and supporting company representatives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies.
  • Execute largescale PR campaigns.
  • Handle sensitive or crisis communication situations.
  • Monitor key metrics to measure results and produce reports.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • 5 years of experience in PR (agency or inhouse).
  • Experience organizing major external and/or internal communication and PR campaigns.
  • Experience in charitable and community communication campaigns.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Proactive and able to meet local PR objectives and convey key messages.
  • Engaged and able to take on responsibility and complete tasks.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and administrative tasks.
  • Good critical thinking skills, especially under tight deadlines.
  • Confident and effective in presenting to large audiences.
  • Attention to detail in written and oral communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key business players.
  • Creativity in finding innovative ways to improve communication and PR initiatives.
