Your tasks

  • Management of warehouse personnel (shift and daily planning, instructions, training and further education)
  • Planning, control and optimization of logistical processes in daytoday operations, taking into account quality standards (HACCP, ISO, IFS, QS) and individual customer requirements
  • Planning and management of personnel service providers
  • Temporary support in operational warehouse business
  • Planning, management and execution of regular inventories and monitoring of inventory levels
  • Determination of short and longterm personnel requirements
  • Interface to internal departments (expedition, quality management, technology)
  • Conducting and documenting employee discussions
  • Organizing the training of new employees
  • Monitoring compliance with work regulations
Your profile

  • Successfully completed training as a specialist for warehouse logistics
  • Additional qualifications such as logistics master are desirable
  • Possession of a forklift license
  • Experience in team leadership, employee management and training
