From a pure trading company, we have developed into a supplier of intelligent systems for window and door operation. With our sophisticated services, we ensure the market success of our products.


For our reception area at our headquarters in Ditzingen, we are currently looking for a part-time
commercial employee (m/f/d) to join our team.


Your responsibilities:


  • Assisting with various administrative and organizational tasks
  • Supporting the different departments in their daily business operations
  • Independently managing and maintaining the reception area
  • Responsible for the telephone switchboard and management of our central email account
  • Welcoming and greeting visitors, customers, and business partners
  • Managing the catering for conference rooms
  • Handling incoming mail

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training (e.g. office management, wholesale and foreign trade, or similar) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Professional, friendly, and serviceoriented demeanor
  • Flexibility, reliability, and initiative
  • Team player with strong communication skills and excellent German language skills
  • Wellgroomed appearance
