Project Specialist IILocation: Marlborough, MA - Hybrid

Bill Rate:
$35hr to $45.30hr depending on experience levelAbout the Role: Join our dynamic Global Supplier Quality Organization as a Project Specialist II. In this role, you will provide essential project task execution and administrative support. Working under limited supervision, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams and supporting senior leaders. This hybrid role combines offsite and onsite responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity for versatility and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, handle expense reporting, and reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
Support Supplier Quality team with purchase orders, myBuy activities, and financial tasks.
Maintain organizational charts and facilitate announcements for new hires and promotions.
Ensure confidentiality and sensitivity in handling employee and organizational data.
Anticipate and manage projects, organize schedules, and facilitate group meetings.
Conduct data analysis and reporting tasks to support project initiatives.
Assist in creating presentations for senior leaders.
Update process documentation through change notification processes.
Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams and senior leadership.

What We're Looking For:
Basic Requirements:3+ years of previous project assistant experience supporting multiple team members.
Experience supporting senior-level leaders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, SharePoint, Teams, and travel booking solutions.

Pay Details:
