    Job Summary

    Responsible for the accuracy and support for Time and Attendance applications. Ensure that information flows properly in and out of the timekeeping system.

    Job Description

    Key Accountabilities


    • Responsible for supporting Time Keeping, Time Management and Reporting.
    • Responsible for testing system changes for Time Calculation, Scheduling and HR systems.
    • Test and Support custom reports utilizing query.
    • Troubleshooting second and third tier user requests.
    • Resolving system, data and interface problems.
    • Timely and accurate reporting of time and tracking of time off balances.
    • Performing routine system maintenance.
    • Conduct audits of timekeeping system
    • Liaison with users to support enhancements.
    Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience gained through college degree programs and certifications or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 3 year's experience with supporting Time Management, Time Scheduling, Time Reporting and HR.
    • Minimum 1 year experience and demonstrated knowledge of SQL
    • Functional knowledge with Time Management & Time Reporting in Workday (preferable).
    • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
    • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Key Metrics


    • Timely and accurate delivery of enhancements for timekeeping system.
    • Response to employees, external vendors or internal departments is timely, courteous and accurate.
    • Manage, prioritize and track tickets related to timekeeping system.
