- Provide regular input on client projects and account activity.
- Collaborate with the RSD to identify client goals and potential areas for improvement.
- Own and manage client relationships proactively.
- Review major deliverables to meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Work with marketing, sales, quality assurance, and product development to launch solutions for client issues.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the various contract segments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and developments.
- Develop solutions for areas needing improvement.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Liaise between Territory Sales representatives and the RSD.
- Travel as required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, planning, or procurement within a related industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills and ability to nurture business relationships.
- Ability to present information effectively to groups.
- High level of initiative and independent judgment.
- Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective team interaction and department collaboration.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
