- Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- BCBA Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
- Base Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
- $6K - $18K annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.
- 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

- All BCBAs receive a customized virtual orientation and 6 weeks of ongoing training.
