- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA), to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members involved in the implementation of behavior intervention programs.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in the field of behavior analysis.
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field.
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience working in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities.
