    This position involves day-to-day responsibilities focusing on completing defined process engineering tasks in a practical manner. You will work closely with project team(s) to fulfill assigned tasks by the project manager or project engineer, aligning with the project schedule, budget, and scope of work.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Technical Collaboration.
      •  Review deliverables with peers and supervisors for clarity.
      •  Ensure quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures are applied to generated deliverables.
      •  Engage in department meetings, learning sessions, and training activities.
    •  Produce process engineering deliverables following the RACI model (Responsible, Accountable, Consultative, Informed).
      •  Perform Process Simulation.
      •  Create Block Flow Diagrams.
      •  Develop Process Flow Diagrams.
      •  Prepare Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
      •  Conduct Process Safety Valve (PSV) Sizing.
      •  Draft Operating Procedures.
      •  Conduct Flare Studies.
      •  Evaluate Vendor data technically.
    •  Collaborate with project team members on interdisciplinary technical deliverables, as per the RACI model.
      •  Establish Design Basis.
      •  Compile Line Lists.
      •  Determine Equipment sizing, datasheets, and specifications.
      •  Develop Cause & Effects analyses.
      •  Create Controls Narratives.
      •  Define Process conditions for instrument and Control Valve (CV) datasheets.
    •  Communicate regularly with project team on project progress and status of process-specific deadlines and deliverables.
      •  Participate in internal and external kickoff meetings.
      •  Attend Weekly status meetings and provide lead reports.
      •  Contribute to Design review meetings and model review meetings.
      •  Review project schedule and collaborate on deadlines with the team.
      •  Analyze discipline-specific budget and highlight any issues/concerns.
      •  Conclude projects and compile job books.
    •  Enhance industry knowledge and skillset by completing technical deliverables associated with projects.
      •  Analyze calculations, design guidelines, and industry standards to gain deeper insights.
      •  Improve understanding by incorporating redlines and QA/QC feedback on deliverables.
    •  Support other assigned duties as required.
