- Leadership andtactical accountability for the company's total rewards programincluding payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellnessinitiatives.
- Conduct strategic planningand project execution regarding updates on existing benefit andpayroll plan administration including new technology functionalityto improve the accuracy and efficiency of thefunction.
- Prepare and process full-cycle,weekly, multi-state, and multi-country payroll whilemaintaining payroll compliance at all regulatorylevels.
- Work closely with functionaldepartments and finance regarding proper calculation andreconciliation of incentive payments including commissions,overtime, bonuses, etc.
- Develop year-roundcommunication and education programs including feedback mechanismsto evaluate the effectiveness of the total rewards program,including leading the annual open enrollment process, andyear-round training efforts targeted at wellness and total rewardseducation.
- Ensure full compliance acrossall plans with applicable federal, state, and local regulationsconcerning employer-sponsoredbenefits.
- Responsible for allbenefit program documentation; ensuring notices are updated anddistributed promptly.
- Manage the401(k) non-discrimination and compliance testing, form 5500s, planaudits, and all plan-related compliance andfilings.
- Partner with the CHRO and companyHR leaders to establish the annual benefit strategy and plandesigns, ensuring programs are competitive, cost-effective, andwill attract and retaintalent.
- Manage all incomewithholding orders by responding to requests promptly andmailing mandatory notices toemployees.
- Manage process andregister for state and local payroll tax jurisdictions based oncompany growth.
- Responsiblefor preparation of W-2, government forms, and year-endreporting.
- Serve as a point ofcontact for employees regarding benefit inquiries and identifyresolutions as needed.
- Analyze andpresent data regarding costs and associated efforts to reduce riskand overall costincreases.
- Coordinate with thethird-party administrator to manage claims and COBRAenrollment.
- Manage the development,implementation, and administration of compensation programs and theassociated annual salary planningprocess.
- Monitor the effectiveness ofexisting compensation practices and recommend cost-effectivechanges consistent with compensation trends and the organization'sobjectives.
- Develop techniques forcompiling, preparing, and presenting compensationdata.
- Oversee the participation in salarysurveys and monitor the data to ensure the organization'scompensation objectives areachieved.
- Responsible for compensationranges and recommendchanges.
- Conduct annual benchmarking ofcompensation ranges and recommendchanges.
- Ensure job titles reflect correctmarket codes and work with HR Business Partners to ensure allemployees are mapped accurately in HRsystems.
- Performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.
- Bachelor'sdegree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training,and experience.
- 8+ years of experienceadministering multi-state payroll and managing benefits processes.
- 5+ years of experience in arelated management role.
- Advancedknowledge of benefit and employment laws (ERISA, Section 125, FMLA,HIPAA, etc.)
- Experience leading openenrollment efforts at an enterprise level specifically for aself-insured organization.
- Experiencedesigning and leading large enterprise-level compensation programs.
- Experience with 401(k) plan administration.
- Ability to juggle various work activities andshift their attention from one task to another to meet the demandsof different stakeholders without "dropping the ball."
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a "roll up yoursleeves" and "win every day" mentality.

- Professional certifications such asFPC, CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP.
