Job Description Your Impact to the role**:
- Build and maintain a competitive total rewards strategy, including benefits, incentives, & partner on recognitions programs, which motivate performance, are fiscally responsible, and support the culture & attraction and retention of high performing talent
- Develop compensation policies and procedures to provide consistency and governance, and analyze and monitor results including annual total rewards process, offcycle processes and other performance and compensationrelated changes in support of the strategic plan
- Provide advice to fresh Leadership on various compensation matters such as salary management and annual merit processes, sales compensation design and job design
- Oversee the communication and education of Total Rewards Programs to ensure understanding by employees
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of compensation and benefits offerings, partner on any open enrollment and applicable programming
- Manage the budgeting/forecasting function for HQ & the North America Market as the HR 'FP&A' Head; manage staff costs and HR & Office Experience Department budgets
- Work with finance and local markets for oversight of our global markets' headcount and staff costs
- Manage HR FP&A Manager and work closely with Talent Acquisition to benchmark positions and develop competitive total reward packages including base, longterm equity, and variable compensation
Your impact in your first year:
- Set up the Total Rewards COE with clear role, responsibilities & processes
- Build strong reputation and trust among the leadership team and the larger fresh workforce
- Build efficiencies with the department
- Design a global recognition program(s)
- Align salary bands and org levels across HQ
- Accurate forecasting of HQ & NA staff costs
Qualifications WHO YOU ARE**You have:
- A minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
- At least 2 years' experience designing and implementing Total Rewards Programs
- At least 4 years' experience in HR finance, accounting, FP&A or similar finance expertise
- Indepth knowledge of compensation and benefits trends, best practices, and legal requirements
- Deep business acumen and understanding of business strategies and principles
- Strong knowledge of benefits, compensation and payroll governance and requirements
- Strong analytical skills, and business planning skills
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Significant customer and business partner orientation
- Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
- Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
- Strong passion for the beauty industry
