Are you a graduate in Special Education (B.A.) or have completed training as a teacher, special education teacher, occupational therapist, nurse, or have a comparable degree in the social field? Responsibilities:

  • You will support the organization and implementation of measures for participation and personal development for individuals in the support group in Salzatal, Johannashall.
  • As an integral part of our team, you will provide assistance in the basic care of clients and implement educational measures.
  • You are able to adapt to individuals with behavioral challenges and are willing to face the associated challenges.
  • You enjoy independently managing and planning group processes in the support group.
  • You provide assistance and work in a personcentered manner.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree or training in Special Education, or a comparable professional qualification.
  • You have an openness to working with people.
  • You have experience working with individuals with high support needs.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office, as we document our work digitally.
  • We place great value on living by Christian values, therefore we seek someone who supports the diakonia concept.
  • A Class B driver's license is required.
