We are looking for a
Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) to support us in office management in Santa Venetia, CA.

We specialize in consulting, coaching, and training industries and help our clients build a value-oriented and sustainable business.

Your tasks with us:

Performing traditional commercial and administrative tasks such as processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, and recording receipts
Writing letters and emails
You take on secretarial and assistant tasks for us, as well as handling phone calls related to organizational matters
You also support the organization of trips, trade shows, seminars, etc.
You take care of our bookkeeping

Basic salary for Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) full-time: 36,000 euros gross annual salary. Individual salary adjustments as well as opportunities for development and advancement in the coming years are available.
