Your Responsibilities:
- Handling of telephone, written and personal support requests (2nd level)
- You are responsible for meeting response and processing times for support requests
- Solutionoriented immediate advice for inquiries and coordination with onsite technicians for more extensive disruptions
- Clear instruction of our customers in the operation of devices/software
Your Profile: - Experience in telephone customer service
- Independent and goal-oriented work style
- High quality standards for your own work
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing
- Teamwork
- Experience in working with computer systems (hardware and software)
- Technical understanding and interest in familiarizing yourself with new technologies
- Basic understanding of database systems
- Knowledge of network environments and web applications
- Class B driver's license
