    Job Description


    The Revenue Manager for Aramark Destinations develops and executes strategies to maximize presale revenues across our lodging and recreation portfolio.

    The position focuses on pricing, distribution, and promotion to assist Aramark Destinations in continually meeting revenue targets and bottom-line profitability.

    Additionally, the Revenue Manager ensures that accurate reporting for lodging and recreation is created and maintained.


    The position will serve as the centralized revenue champion and will host regular revenue strategy calls with various properties, supplying critical analysis and key informed recommendations for driving revenue growth.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Maximize revenues through careful implementation of inventory, pricing, and distribution strategies
    • Continually monitor demand and occupancy patterns and update day-by-day room rates to enhance revenue growth and meet market conditions
    • Host regular revenue strategy (RevMax) calls with key stakeholders at each location
    • Assist with developing new reports and reporting strategies utilizing our business intelligence platform
    • Manage 3rd party distribution strategies, including overseeing onboarding of new properties and 3rd party partners
    • Work with Marketing and property stakeholders to develop promotional strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and selling distressed inventory
    • Continually ensure that data maps correctly between PMS systems (Springer-Miller) and BI system (Datavision)
    • Monitor local market dynamics and competitor pricing for each assigned location
    • Collaborate with other functional and operational departments to ensure the highest level of conversion and sales effectiveness
    Qualifications


    • Ability to utilize both strategic planning and tactical execution to achieve revenue targets
    • Demonstrated capability to communicate and present effectively, including leading calls/meetings with key stakeholders
    • Experience utilizing key hospitality systems and technologies, including Property Management Systems, Central Reservation Systems, and OTA extranets
    • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and forecast future results
    • Possesses key problem solving skills - able to quickly identify challenges and respond accordingly
    • Intermediate or above Excel skills a must
    • Data visualization skills and experience a plus
    • Past experience with Springer-Miller systems and/or Datavision a plus
