    Role Overview:
    • Direct the operations of a cutting-edge central production kitchen, overseeing a skilled team dedicated to crafting premium pastry and bakery delights.
    • Empower and guide a team composed of 2 pastry chefs, 2 lamination chefs, and 15 bakers to deliver exceptional quality and top-notch service.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in the pastry and bakery realm to ensure our offerings remain innovative and competitive.

    Required Expertise:
    • Possess a strong foundation in the fine dining sector of pastry and bakery, bringing invaluable insights to elevate our culinary standards.
    • Demonstrate efficiency in managing upscale pastry and bakery kitchens with a focus on quality and excellence.
    • Showcase exceptional skills in training, coaching, and nurturing the growth of team members.
