    EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF - LAS VEGAS

    *Preferred candidates are American citizens or residents with permission to work in the US*

    *European-trained Executive Pastry Chef with exceptional experience will also be considered and sponsored*

    Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive Pastry Chef to lead the pastry kitchen in a top-notch bakery/cafe within a Casino in Las Vegas. The chosen candidate will be responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality baked goods and delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

    This role involves overseeing a large pastry kitchen, managing a team, and collaborating with the Corporate Team known for their prestigious brand. In addition to the standard duties like team management and finance, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in Maintenance, HR, and Health & Safety protocols; flexibility and hands-on approach are key.

    The Bakery/Kitchen:

    • Details of the bakery and kitchen operations will be shared with qualified candidates.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience in fine dining pastry and bakery
    • Proven track record in running an upscale pastry and bakery kitchen
    • Keeps up with the latest pastry and bakery trends
    • Strong training and people development skills
    • Desirable traits include open-mindedness, approachability, forward-thinking, teamwork, and service orientation
    • The package includes an attractive salary, performance-based bonus, relocation allowance, and other perks.

    The compensation offered is competitive at USD$130k ++, with additional benefits for Executive Pastry Chefs from esteemed establishments like Fauchon, LeNotre, etc.
