Your responsibilities
You will attract the best talents for HZD through structured interviews and advise our managers on the way there. You will manage or plan new social media channels.

Your profile

You have a relevant university degree in personnel management or a comparable course of study, or you possess equivalent relevant skills and experience.

You have good knowledge and ideally several years of professional experience in personnel recruitment, social media recruiting, and active and goal-oriented candidate search.

You have good knowledge of the relevant legal foundations and ideally experience in creating job descriptions and evaluating them based on the Hessian salary scale.

You have good knowledge and relevant experience in conceptual work.

Your profile is characterized by confident communication skills with good verbal expression and target-oriented presentation of complex facts, both in writing and orally, in a clear and understandable manner.
