The Role

As a team assistant, you will support the institute director and his deputy in the central areas of the chair's secretariat, as well as in organizational and administrative aspects of the day-to-day operations.

You will confidently and independently handle internal and external correspondence, filter incoming phone calls, and coordinate appointments. You will also organize business trips, meetings, events, and trainings. In addition, you will sort incoming emails and mail, process tasks, and pass on relevant information. You are proficient in office organization and are familiar with writing in German and English from dictation.

Ideally, you also have experience in medical report writing from dictation or are willing to expand your knowledge in this area.

Your Qualifications
You qualify for this position with a successfully completed commercial or equivalent education, preferably with additional training (e.g. healthcare management specialist). You are well-versed in using the MS Office package (Word, Excel,
