TALENT SOURCER IN THE RECRUITING TEAM:

This is how you will grow:

Development of search strategies for specific target groups on social media platforms and in databases
Trend research related to online platforms and ongoing process optimization
Identification, direct approach and recruitment of candidates
Talent relationship management in candidate communication
Qualification of candidates in telephone and video interviews
Acting as a brand ambassador for the EDAG Group
Participation and speaking at networking events and conferences on the topic of active sourcing

This is how you will drive us forward:

Completed vocational training or studies, preferably with a focus on communication, psychology or marketing
First technical experience in working with recruiting platforms (XING, LinkedIn, etc.) desirable (Boolean search)
Fluent English (Englishspeaking interviews)
Strong communication skills and social intelligence in dealing with candidates
Open mindset and team spirit gender, age, nationality and religion are not relevant to us what counts is you.
