Your Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the product and organize the agile development of our platform in Stamford, VT
  • In product development, you take a holistic perspective, represent the customer interests of project management, and act as a central point of contact for development
  • You create a plan for development steps and visualize a strategic overview
  • You manage the product backlog and prioritize it together with management. You react dynamically to new challenges and requirements
  • You monitor the progress of product development with suitable tools, identify obstacles, conflicts, and risks early on, and take care of their resolution

What We're Looking For:


  • You have completed training or studies in the IT field, ideally supplemented by practical experience in software development
  • You already have experience as a product owner and with agile planning methods
  • Relevant practical experience as a scrum master and/or agile coach as well as a differentiated set of agile methods are advantageous
  • You are familiar with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar systems
  • You are not afraid to question existing systems and structures and implement new processes
  • You have analytical and conceptual skills, work in a structured manner, and have (agile) methodological competence
  • You have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, and your empathy and persuasive skills allow you to communicate confidently at all levels
