Innovations and operational excellence can only be achieved through strong teamwork. As our new Accounting Employee (m/f/d), your meticulous work will contribute to the satisfaction of our business customers.Your responsibilities
- You will review and create incoming and outgoing invoices (billing).
- You will handle preparatory accounting tasks, including processing travel expenses and credit card statements, and verifying bookings.
- You will maintain and reconcile relevant accounts, especially those related to external funds.
- You will be the point of contact for external parties, such as tax consultants and service providers.
- You will assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- You will work closely with our account management and customer service teams.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
- Previous professional experience in finance/accounting, controlling, as a tax specialist, or in similar roles.
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with strong German language skills.
- You are selfsufficient, detailoriented, and organized.
- You have an analytical mindset and take initiative.
