Operational Laboratory Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Management responsibility for the laboratory/quality control department, ensuring smooth operation of all laboratoryrelated activities
Organization/supervision of laboratory work and processes (quality control, analytics, development work in coordination with application technology/formulation development) in a threeshift operation
Organization/supervision of the creation of factory test certificates, safety data sheets, CLP, RoHS
Creation of procedures for analyzing stabilizer mixtures
Organization/supervision of compliance with REACH regulations
Compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental protection requirements, as well as the QMS
Identification of efficiency potentials and continuous optimization of laboratory processes
Improvement and further development of procedures and operational
