- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the production facility, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement and administer HR programs and initiatives, such as performance appraisal systems, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide resources to employees regarding benefits, payroll, and HR-related inquiries
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and system
- Minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Ability to travel to other company locations, approximately 25% of the time.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
