- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1+ year in a guest services role.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Self-starter and able to operate under minimal supervision to accomplish work tasks.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Some knowledge of radio communication.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- This position may require you to work both indoors and outdoors as required.
- Position requires walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+, and occasional sitting.

THE ROLE
As a Parking Attendant at The Oncenter, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation, direction, and control of traffic in our parking lot and covered garage, greeting guests as they park, and selling parking tickets for facility events and/or day parkers.
