    Position: Customer Success Account Manager

    Location: Franklinton, NC

    Pay: $45k/yr

    Experience: Previous related experience

    Education: High school diploma (required)

    Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

    Greene Resources is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:

    • Assist customers who call in, stop in, or email with questions.
    • Build rapport with all customers and assist them with their needs.
    • Warm-call potential customers to understand their business needs regarding existing and new product lines.
    • Maintain positive working relationships with the sales team, support staff, production, and warehouse operations.
    • Solve delivery challenges for customers and the operations team.
    • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

    Position Requirements:

    • Demonstrated technical knowledge of food manufacturing, markets, and supply chain dynamics.
    • Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong negotiating skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain inter-department relationships.
    • Must be resilient and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
