    We are a 100% employee-owned company committed to creating raving fans as we provide high-quality metal building components, roofing, packages, and solutions for a variety of applications.

    In April 1988, Central States opened a small plant in Rogers, Arkansas to manufacture metal roofing and siding panels. We quickly outgrew the facility and have continued to expand ever since. Over nearly 40 years, we have grown the business to 11 manufacturing plants, with two more currently under constructions, thousands of customers, and over 1,300 employee owners.

    Pay: $Based on experience -$75K MIN)

    Interview: Inperson/On teams (2 round - Teams/Inperson)

    Hours: 8-5EST

    Required Skills and Experience

    5-7 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineer Role and Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering)

    Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles in a Manufacturing or Automotive industry

    Experience with machine installation and troubleshooting

    Experience with Process Improvement and Process Flow Analysis

    Experience tracking projects and timelines

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience

    Experience with AutoCAD

    Experience with an ERP system within manufacturing environment or Epicor Electrical Engineering knowledge
