    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, including appointment reminders
    • Manage outbound calls for safety recalls, recommended services, parts orders, and declined services
    • Respond to service inquiries via phone, text, and email
    • Communicate with customers to assess their needs
    • Update the Service CRM system
    • Reschedule missed service appointments
    • Schedule appointments based on maintenance schedules and company policies
    • Assist customers with inquiries by directing them to the appropriate personnel
    • Stay updated on automotive industry terminology and technological advancements
    • Adhere to manufacturer requirements and policies
    • Comply with attendance and punctuality standards
    • Follow company guidelines and codes
    • Participate in educational and training programs provided by the dealership
    • Look for ways to enhance value and accomplishments in the role
    • Be a collaborative team player and celebrate successes
    • Maintain a professional demeanor

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To excel in this position, you should have strong communication and customer service abilities to engage with both potential and existing clients effectively. Product knowledge, safety management, problem-solving, and estimation skills are essential. Previous experience in sales, call centers, internet departments, or BDC is advantageous. You must be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
