• Worked with youth suffering from mental health conditions ages 7-21 and provided skill building, engagement, empowerment, coaching, and connected youth and families to formal and informal supports to improve symptoms. 
• Worked with private insurance and Medicaid services such as CFTSS, HCBS, CHBHS, Etc. 
• Documented intricately in Electronic Medical Records system to input treatment plans, authorization forms, Developmental Assets Profile, progress notes of youth’s response to treatment, etc. 
• Provided family driven care by working together with family and youth to create treatment plans including goals, objectives, interventions, strengths and needs of families and discharge criteria
• Facilitated youth lead group called Youth Advisory Board to teach and work on coping skills and mental health advocacy. 
• Attended biweekly supervisions, monthly meetings and participated in group trainings, group supervision, Diversity Equity and Inclusion trainings and case presentations (assisted mental health professionals in problem solving to improve care of youth and families).
