    Summary of Role/Position

    Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to schedule regular cleaning and light maintenance of the warehouse, equipment, and common areas.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Coordinate with the Facilities Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations on maintenance work and special projects
    • Manage equipment repairs and maintenance
    • Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
    • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
    • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
    • Ensure annual Fire Extinguisher Maintenance is completed by inspector
    • Compressor Maintenance - weekly, monthly, and quarterly
    • Assists in battery maintenance - Keep batteries charged and watered
    • To ensure the cleanliness of the work area at the end of the shift
    • To perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned

    • Good with team skills and able to work with others.
    • Ability to fully carry out instructions
    • Ability to multitask, detail orientated, and able to manage deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Flexible to change
    • Self-motivated and have the determination to succeed
    • Prepared to work the necessary extra hours to deliver high-quality output
    • Experienced in prior maintenance roles
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
