Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools).
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Leadership skills are a plus
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
