    General Manager Responsibilities:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competition through regular market analysis.
    • Manage finances, including food, labor, and direct costs.
    • Educate clients on financial matters and mentor staff for career advancement.
    • Enforce cost control measures and oversee marketing programs to drive sales growth.

    Requirements for General Manager:

    • Dietetic Internship completion and relevant licenses.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum three years of culinary and managerial experience.
    • Strong client relations and financial acumen.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant certifications.
    • Prior experience in higher education dining preferred.
