    **JOB SUMMARY**

    Our Guest Service Supervisor serves as one of our main points of contact for all guest and helps to lead our front desk associates. Some things that will be expected are, ensuring guests are satisfied with the overall accommodations and service, motivating and retaining a skilled and well-trained team, ensuring the safety and security of the hotel, and providing a clean and well-maintained property .     You can communicate verbally and in writing

    Fast learner, obtain strong organizational skills and be able to multitask

    Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, days, and nights

    Must be able to remain stationary or move continuously 50% of the time, ability to move about on property, able to communicate with guests in person and on the phone, and ability to move

    luggage weighing up to 50 pounds and 20 pounds overhead

    Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions

    Strong skills in oral and written communication and computer knowledge

    Cash handling skills

    Able to motivate, train, and retain associates

    Ensures excellent guest satisfaction and brand standards are being met.
