Growing, boutique law firm seeks a transactional attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Based in New York City, we are a close-knit firm with a nationally-recognized franchise and business law practice and an active litigation department. We are currently looking to hire a bright and motivated transactional associate with a strong background representing private companies in areas of corporate law, finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Franchise-specific or commercial real estate leasing experience is not required, but is appreciated.
