United States of America . The ideal candidate should have
Turkish and/or American citizenship , work permit in USA or have an experience in USA before.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team.
They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesLeads day-to-day operations Maintains operational efficiency in one of the most technically challenging manufacturing facilities in USA,
Have a good command of automotive spare parts manufacturing processes and technologies,
Safely & profitably operates the facility and generate favorable cash flow,
Provide plant leadership and direct plant management team with integration of multiple disciplines and departments; responsible for managing plant P&L, developing manufacturing facility policies, and authorising their implementation while ensuring product quality and safety,
Develop robust strategic talent development and succession planning in alignment with functional growth strategies across the plant; responsible for developing a high performing team across the plant,
Responsible for the management of one of their plants, coordinating all activities related to plant operational functions, following the established policies and in accordance to schedules, quantities, quality and costs,
Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements,
Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies,
Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field,
15+ years of experience in field, 5+ years of management experience,
Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills,
Very strong background in lean production; Kaizen, 5S, TPM, TPS etc.
Having start-up experience will be advantageous
Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness, operations management, budget development and oversight Outstanding leadership capabilities, ability to communicate a compelling vision and drive results while developing a strong team.
