    Job Overview:

    A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced Environmental and Land Use Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation, particularly in California.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, academic credentials, and interpersonal abilities.


    Duties:
    Represent clients in environmental and land use litigation matters.
    Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    Assist in all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
    Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on environmental and land use regulations.
    Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience in California.
    Prior work experience in product liability, toxic tort, or environmental litigation is a plus.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
