    We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Permanent Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm.

    This role involves leading a team of attorneys and paralegals, handling pre-litigation matters, and ensuring the highest level of client service.

    As a Permanent Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney, you will be responsible for:
    Overseeing and managing the pre-litigation department, ensuring all cases are progressing efficiently and effectively.
    Providing guidance, mentoring, and supervision to a team of associate attorneys and paralegals.
    Collaborating with the litigation department to transition cases smoothly.
    Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
    Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and developing training programs to enhance the skills of the team.
    Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures to improve efficiency and client service.
    Keeping abreast of latest developments in personal injury law and civil litigation to maintain professional competence.
    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    A minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience in California, specifically in personal injury law.
    Excellent knowledge of pre-litigation processes and procedures.
    Proficiency in legal research and ability to handle a high volume of cases.
