    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney at Bluestone Law. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, preparing for depositions mediations, trials, and presenting motions. The Litigation Attorney will work closely with clients, gather evidence, and provide legal advice and counsel.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of law, including federal and state employment laws
    • Experience in drafting legal documents, motions, and court filings
    • Proficient in conducting legal research
    • Ability to represent clients in court and handle trials and depositions
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Admission to the California State Bar
    • Prior experience in employment law is highly desirable
