Description

• Handle a caseload of employment law matters, including wage/hour, FEHA, PAGA cases, and class action work
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex cases
• Stay updated on changes in employment law and legal trends

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the California State Bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing employment law in California, including class action work after PAGA cases
• Proven experience handling PAGA cases from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of Lodestar calculations and fee arrangements
• Ability to handle cases with both wage/hour and FEHA components
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work with a diverse population
• Spanishspeaking ability is a plus but not required (sizeable Spanishspeaking clientele)
• Flexibility to work remotely and attend inperson meetings as needed
