    Pay Range: $40 - $50 per hour (Independent Contractor)
    Status: Independent Contractor, Immediate Interviews

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Retail Staffing Branch Manager with a strong background in business development and sales to join our staffing agency in Metro Detroit. This role is crucial in driving the growth of our retail staffing division and building lasting client relationships.     Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the daily operations of the retail staffing branch, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners, managers, and HR professionals.
    • Identify staffing needs and provide tailored solutions to clients.
    • Lead and mentor a team of staffing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and client needs.
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Associate degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the staffing or retail industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
