Facilitates sales plans to achieve market production goalsEnsure implementation of market call campaigns, customer sales calls, and outreach activities to reach sales performance and deposit growth goalsAnalyze sales reports to drive sales production and elevate performanceDevelop Sales Managers by way of side by side development, coaching, observing and on-the-job training to be effective sales leadersFacilitates sales development training sessions at a market levelTravel to various site locations to include outer markets to support assigned locationsAdvises Corporate Sales Managers of any leadership recommendations to include promotions and salary adjustments.
Manages market profitability by achieving branch production goals to include account generation, deposit growth, and service measured through JD PowerCultivates an environment that exemplifies a superior level of customer service.
