    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to contribute to the success of our podiatry office.

    ```Responsibilities```

    Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

    Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members

    Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

    Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents

    Process payments

    Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary

    Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

    ```Qualifications```

    Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred

    Familiarity with medical office/ health spa procedures

    Proficient in using computerized systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

    Professional appearance and demeanor
