    Als Manager Merchandise Financial Planning bist Du Ansprechpartner fr alle Strategie- und Performanceanalysen rund um die Topline und fhrst ein Team aus Spezialisten, die Strategie- und Performanceanalysen (Fokus auf Umsatz, Marge und Lagerbestnde) fr unser Top-Management bereitstellen.

    **?Deine Aufgaben:**

    **Mit deinem Team nimmst du mageblich Einfluss auf die Erarbeitung der Einkaufs- und Vertriebsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Commercial Teams, Geschftsleitung und Finance und ermglichst durch exakte Analysen eine optimale Warenbestands- sowie Kapazittsplanung der operativen Einheiten**
    *

    **Gestalten, Entwicklung und Instandhaltung der notwendigen Tools und Prozesse, die zur Untersttzung von Merchandising Financial Planning QVC DE erforderlich sind.**
    *

    **Untersttzung von kommerziellen Initiativen und Investitionsvorschlgen durch Bereitstellung von Analysen und Rentabilittsmodellierung**
    *

    **Innerhalb deines Teams frderst du eine offene und vertrauensvolle Kommunikation und sorgst darber hinaus fr eine optimale Zusammenarbeit mit den unternehmensinternen Schnittstellen und somit fr eine positive Wahrnehmung des Bereichs**
    *

    **Du leitest dein Team dazu an, vorhandene Daten und Wissensquellen optimal zu nutzen um bestehende Planungsprozesse und Reportings weiterzuentwickeln und somit aussagekrftige Entscheidungsgrundlagen fr unsere Geschftsfhrung sowie Einkauf und Vertrieb bereitzustellen**

    **Du initiierst eigenstndig interne Projekte zur Steigerung der Effizienz unter Einbezug der Schnittstellenabteilungen und steigerst die Weiterentwicklung/ Verbesserung von Werte-, Informations- und Kommunikationsflssen**
    *

    **Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams und schaffst ein Arbeitsklima des Vertrauens, in dem deine Mitarbeiter ihr volles Potential entfalten knnen**
    **Dein Profil**
    *

    **Mehrjhrige Berufs- und erste Fhrungserfahrung in einer Position im Bereich Finance, idealerweise aus einem Handelsunternehmen mit Fokus aus Analyse, Financial Planning oder Vertriebssteuerung**
    *

    **Ausgeprgte Problemlsungskompetenz und ein strategischer Fokus, um Ideen in Taten umzusetzen.**
    *

    **? Ein tiefgehendes Gespr fr passgenaue Modellierung und Berichterstellung, insbesondere mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen und BI-Tools wie Tableau oder Micro Strategy**
    *

    **Ausgeprgte analytische und konzeptionelle Fhigkeiten sowie ein sehr gutes Zahlenverstndnis**
    *

    **Fhrungsqualitten, (Interner) Kundenfokus und ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten**
    *

    **Nachweisbare Erfolge oder Potential in der Weiterentwicklung von Teams und Organisationen**

    **Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift**
