    Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their team.

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $125,000 to $150,000 per year.


    Job Description:
    Responsible for coordination and execution of annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and five-year financial planAnalyze company's cash flow and financial projectionsCompile and prepare consolidation of comprehensive annual budget and financial packagesInvestigate, reconcile and document any significant or unusual variancesAssist with preparation of materials and presentations


    Requirements:
    Highly analytical and able to synthesize large amounts of dataWell-developed communication skills, written and verbalHighly organized with excellent time management skills


    Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
