We are currently looking for a talented candidate to join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Manager and elevate our brand to new heights In this strategic role, you'll craft innovative campaigns, harness the power of data to drive decision-making, and steer our digital presence across various platforms.
In this role you will manage all digital marketing elements to help the business achieve goals.Includes social media, hiring sites, influencer management, paid search, website performance, email, digital elements of other marketing campaigns and more.
Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding our reach and engaging with our audience in meaningful ways.If you're passionate about digital trends and have a knack for creating compelling marketing strategies, we want you on board to help us achieve groundbreaking results.
This is a salaried, non-exempt position. This position requires legal authorization to work in the US.Schedule:
Full time, Business hours M-F (Subject to change)
Essential Functions
Develop and implement overall digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
Hire, train, and manage the digital marketing team members to help them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to create digital content (including websites, blogs, and social media content).
Oversee management of the company's social media profiles and presence.
Direct the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for all channels
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role - In-depth understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software - Experience with social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM - Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) - Proficiency in marketing automation technology - Knowledge of web design and content management systems - Excellent analytical and project management skills - Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement - Ability to manage and oversee various digital marketing channels - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Budget management skills and proficiency - Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude - Creativity and a strategic perspective
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - Certification in digital marketing or inbound marketing is a plus.
