Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand development, generate leads, and support our growth in the Life Science Research, R&D, and Manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance. Set individual and team goals and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the customer groups. Set clear key performance indicators (KPIs) and budgets for marketing initiatives.
Manage the campaigns to direct customers and distributors according to the project management method.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes and customer needs within Life Science Research, R&D, and Manufacturer sectors.
Analyze data to gain insights and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to craft compelling product messaging and positioning.
Manage the create of high quality, industry specific content. Develop and maintain a content and campaign calendar to ensure a steady stream of valuable content.
Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEOs, email marketing, social media, and online advertising. Monitor and optimize the performance of digital channels to maximize ROI.
Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity within the Life Science industry. Increase the bonding with loyal customers. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master or above degree in business, marketing, or related field, life science-related major preferred
Minimum of 3 years related experience in a marketing manager role in life science companies.
Proven record of brand development, brand refresh
Project Management skills and high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Zoho (CRM).
Technical competent in digital marketing campaigns
Excellent communicator, able to work as a team member and provide extensive support to Senior Level Managers and other personnel.
