Description:


The company is seeking a Retail Store Manager (m/f/d) with the ambition to take over the company in the near future.

You will lead a small team of friendly employees in a cozy atmosphere. You will receive thorough training and support during the takeover process. The owner is also available for long-term support, if desired.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing and leading staff
  • Providing customer service and sales support
  • Implementing sales and marketing activities
  • Overseeing purchasing and budget planning
  • Documenting and managing store operations
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Who You Are:


  • Completed commercial or sales training, e.g. retail specialist or equivalent
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of the spirits industry is an advantage
  • Independent and selfmotivated
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
