Who You'll Work With
Slalom's Salt Lake City office is currently seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.
The individual in this role will serve Slalom's clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes.
Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.
You must have the ability to hunt for and develop new logos and/or identify new opportunities in existing accounts.What You'll DoThis individual will work across a variety of industryportfolios and network of companies to grow new business.
Lead and close complex pursuits by collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Deliver revenue growth within target accounts, both net new and existing, by developing account plans in collaboration with Account and Practice leaders.
Target, develop, and maintain key buyer/influencer relationships across multiple client accounts.Define win themes based on our competition and contribute to proposal development.
Collaborate with our alliance partners to drive joint sales activity, including AWS, Salesforce, Google Cloud, and Microsoft.
What You'll Bring
Previous sales and account management experience, ideally within a technology or services/consulting environment.
Able to partner with new and existing clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
Experience in building relationships with CXOs, business decision-makers, and key influencers.Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills.
Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills.
